  • Number of postal code lookups performed
  • Number of orders processed
  • Success/failure rates of lookups

  • Core Service Delivery: Looking up and adding postal codes to orders without valid zip codes
  • Order Management: Displaying order history and lookup status in your dashboard

4. Third-Party Services

4.1 Postal Code API

We use an external postal code lookup service to find Israeli postal codes based on addresses. Only the address components (city, street, house number) are sent to this service. No personal customer information is transmitted.

4.2 Payment Processing (Mantle)

We use Mantle for subscription billing and usage tracking. Mantle receives your store domain and usage metrics. Payment processing is handled by Shopify's billing system.

4.3 Live Chat (Tawk.to)

Our website and app use Tawk.to for live chat support. If you initiate a chat, Tawk.to may collect information you provide during the conversation.

5. Data Storage and Security

We take data security seriously:

  • Data is stored in secure PostgreSQL databases hosted on Render
  • All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption
  • Access tokens are stored securely and never exposed to clients
  • We follow Shopify's security best practices for app development

6. Data Retention

We retain your data as follows:

  • Active stores: Data is retained while your app subscription is active
  • Uninstalled apps: When you uninstall the app, we delete your store data within 30 days
  • Order logs: Lookup history is retained for 12 months for support and analytics purposes

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about your store
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your data (by uninstalling the app or contacting us)
